Shipping
Signed and tracked Royal Mail services can take 2 - 3 working days. If you choose Express Shipping - it will be delivered to you within 24h (the next business day) after the order is dropped off. Please note that it takes up to 48h to pack and dispatch your orders.
We do not take responsibility for factors external to LEEX which may delay or prevent a delivery. However in all cases we will do our best to solve the issue we are facing.
Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. However, if your parcel tracking has stopped for more than two weeks, there could be complications with the delivery itself. In this case, we recommend you to reach out to the Royal Mail team directly via 03457 740740 (Monday to Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 9am-4pm).
If your parcel says it’s delivered but seems to be missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. You could also check with the people who live with you, and ask your neighbors if they didn't perhaps pick up the package for you. If the package is still not found, the carrier that delivered the parcel or the local post office is the next best place to contact. If you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to the Royal Mail directly via 03457 740740 (Monday to Friday 7 am-8 pm, Saturday 8 am-6 pm, and Sunday 9 am-4 pm).

We typically process orders quickly to ensure parcels get out to the customers asap, but in some cases, we may be able to change the address for you or cancel your order. This is only possible if the order hasn't already been processed. Once processed the order will be in the hands of the courier company and cancellation or address changes are not possible.
Order Status
Every time you place an order on our LEEX online store, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you are not receiving it, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot find it, get in touch with our customer service team.

Returns & Refunds
Sure! Simply send it back to us within 30 days (all items MUST be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging). Contact us at support@getleex.com and we would be happy to assist you. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back to us and we have assessed its condition (we are only able to accept returns if they are sent back unworn and in perfect condition). We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the item back to us and shipping costs are not refundable.
We recommend that you get in touch with our customer service team through the “Need Help” Form, in order to exchange this for the correct product.
Do you want to exchange the ordered item for another one? Don’t worry, we are here to help! Send it back to us within 30 days (all items must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging). Contact us at support@getleex.com and we would be happy to assist you. You will either receive LEEX store credit, once the product has arrived back to us and we have assessed its condition (we are only able to exchange the item only if they are sent back unworn and in perfect condition) or you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference. Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the item back to us and shipping costs are not refundable.
It is important to us that you receive your parcel as quickly as possible and in good condition. If you have received an incorrect product, please reach out to our team directly at support@getleex.com and please include photos of the item you received and your order number. If the product you have received is faulty, please reach out to our team directly at support@getleex.com within 7 days of your parcel being delivered. Please include photos of the item you received and your order number. Please note a product is considered faulty if there is a breakage or physical fault with the product. Please do not dispose of the product, so we can assess your claim. We are unable to assist with items without a photo of the broken items.
Once it’s processed, it should take from 3-10 business days, depending on the method of payment. If you paid by PayPal, your refund should reach you on the same day.
